Solo: A Star Wars Story Actress Says Ron Howard’s Created A Wonderful Film

Even the Millennium Falcon, otherwise known as the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy, is well poised to get a small makeover at the upcoming Anthology pic, .

That is because, similar to    earlier it, ” Ron Howard’s long-awaited spinoff largely occurs involving  Revenge of the Sith  and   A New Hope, which first introduced moviegoers to the inimitable Han Solo as Luke and Obi-Wan paid a trip to Mos Eisley Cantina on Tatooine.

In doing so, Lucasfilm has given Howard the required creative license to experiment with things Star Wars, and also at least according to Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the director will deliver a gorgeous film to us this May. Talking in a recent interview, the actress said:

“We’d done a few really, really wonderful things with Chris and Phil that everyone was really thrilled with, also that I feel a great deal of that will be inside… The handover there has been performed with such warmth and respite from everyone, and Ron’s only a master at his craft; he’s going to make a gorgeous movie from it. You simply hope him and it was just exciting to work with him. I mean it would have been fascinating to just pass him in a corridor, let alone for him to be parachuted into the movie you’re working.”

The remarks of Waller-Bridge below are reassuring although it’s not like she’d say anything negative regarding the Anthology movie. After all, given how rough production has been for Solo, also with reports of even more reshoots going down, fans are understandably anxious to find out how the last product will turn out. And of course that we are just about 4 months away from launch now and nevertheless, there’s been no footage to feast.

Obviously, there is also the simple fact that a portion of Han Solo’s charm was that his backstory mostly stayed under wraps during Lucasfilm’s original trilogy, so we can not help but dread that Ron Howard and Co. are still in danger of destroying — or at the very least tarnishing — that sense of mystery. But let’s reserve any judgment before Disney is prepared to establish that trailer, shall we?

Solo: A Star Wars Story is set to burst into theaters on May 25th, and we can only expect that it is just as, if not more successful than Rogue One.
