4 latest hospital, health system CEO Goes

Becker’s Hospital Review noted the next hospital and health system CEO moves in the previous week.

1. Commonwealth Health’s Berwick (Pa.) Hospital Center selected Thomas Neal, RN, to serve as permanent CEO.

2. The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services named Brett M. Johnson CEO of Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital in Toledo.

3. St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, Ga., made interim CEO Dan Jones’ appointment permanent, effective immediately.

4. Jeff Patterson, CEO of Nacogdoches (Texas) Medical Center, is stepping down from his role to undertake a new location, effective Dec. 29.
