This little house has high quality amenities , immaculate presentation, it all location and landlords that are super to boot up. It s quiet, secure, easy-access to equally Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. I wouldn t hesitate to urge the blue house to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Helpful. Loved this little charmer! The villa was immaculate and completely equipped. Location was perfect very close to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs. The bed was comfy. Arrachme was at the top of everything. Very happy with everything. Joyce and Mike L. Manorville, N.Y.

Hurry and get acquainted with your neighbors on your screen lanai. The master bedroom is complete with organic bedding that is ecofriendly . Once you get in bed you’ve won t want to get out. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching “Good Morning America” or studying the Daily Sun newspaper.We know you will enjoy the friendly, clean, comfy, professionally supplied atmosphere of our house and the environment.

The Living Room: has a fan for additional comfort.The bright lamp; cherry kitchen is completely equipped with coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and pots/pans, dishes/silverware, wine glasses, towels/linens, washer/dryer, amazing evening accent lighting and lots more to give your stay which “I love this house” feeling.

The living area and Master: have a flat screen TV to enjoy on those “I only need to Kick Back” days. Master bedroom includes a TV/DVD, Queen Bed amp bath. The second bedroom has an adjacent full bathroom; along with twins for guest amp.

The Outdoor terrace: is flanked by fresh new landscape. The yard backs up to a Nature Preserve with birds for that nestled in the woods feeling. See pictures. Golf Carts accessible abundance for rent suppliers that are nearby.
