If you had told me this time last year I would shortly be incorporating Buy to Let Estate Agent for my CV I wouldn’t have had a clue what you were talking about.

But that s exactly what we are becoming as a consequence of selling purchase to let developments.

We have no plans to turn into a conventional estate agency where you can purchase or sell your own house, however, estate agents is what we currently are based on a law called the Estate Agency Act 1979 .

It all come about as a consequence of needing to let you know about properties which could make ideal buy to let investments.

To maintain ourselves compliant we’ve enrolled the Trading Name “Your Home Concierge” with the ICO and also become a part of The Real Estate Ombudsman redress scheme (registration quantity — D8072).
