When I was first told about Tabata I was very excited in the word go, however that excitement came out of the simple fact I had no clue what it meant. I missed the first week of class b/c I was traveling for work when I came in during the 2nd week I had a while making it up to do. It was challenging at first b/c my body wasn’t utilised to working out in such a quick speed, but once I got into a rhythm I started to feel very excellent. These courses are no joke. If you stay with it you will leave there feeling stronger, fitter and complete better about yourself and what you have accomplished. I would recommend these courses to anyone. Darrin is a fantastic trainer and he’ll keep you along with his or her energy. – Jami L.
