Many now are mad in our justice system. Several have great reason to be upset! A few, but are overly mad! Their anger will hurt you! They are blinded by their anger! You will recognize them. They are not your friend!
Their “legal concepts” fail. Anger blinds them. Consider them.
#1 an angry man called insisting she had “copyrighted” her name so that the courts couldn’t use her name on official papers (COMMENT — perhaps not normally utilized in our teachings). To believe one can prevent others from using one’s name by “copyrighting” it is utter crap (COMMENT or has very limited application). Anger twists the mind in strange ways!
#2 Some are confident that our courts are “admiralty courts” and cannot rule in common law or statute (COMMENT which is off course at least, we just dont want to move in there if they are attempting criminal charges, and we can prevent that at least) — all because there is a yellow fringe on the courtroom flag. This lie (or confusion about it) was promoted for years by mad people who don’t understand (or do not wish to make any effort to understand) the truth.
#3 Some assert to be “patriots”, nevertheless do whatever they can to evade the Rule of Law and refuse to do anything toward understanding the principles of due process so many gave their lives to protect in present and past wars! (COMMENT — yes, the majority of people desire silver bullets with no homework, obviously averting jursidiction is obviously the first step in a criminal charge).
#4 Thousands hover around the radio to hear commentators let them know how horrible things are, however just a handful of talk show hosts inspire us to make things easier by exercising our God-given “law ability” in courtroom!
I understand people are really hurting.
