Popular Malayalam actor Dileep, arrested in connection with a case of plotting the abduction and sexual assault with a noted South Indian actress in February, the Kerala High Court seeking bail transferred.
The court had ignored his bail application after discovering that the investigation in the case was progressing along with the cell phone, stated by the prosecution as a essential evidence in the case, had not been recovered.
